If you are an active, retired, prior service Marine/FMF Corpsman seeking full membership or anyone wanting to participate and support Detachment #1231 seeking an auxiliary membership, please download the membership application here: MCL Membership Application . Applications can be submitted to any Detachment member, emailed to www.mcldet1231@protonemail.com , present in person at our monthly meeting. Full membership will require vetting with an active military ID or DD214 for retired and prior service veterans. Once the application is approved, this process will be completed when the applicant is sworn in.

Richard L. Pittman Detachment 1231 yearly membership dues are $40.00 and need to be in by 24 August of each year. 

Life membership dues are as follows:

Age 35 and under. . $1000.00
Age 36 to 50. . . . . $800.00
Age 51 to 64. . . . . $600.00
Age 65 to 84. . . . . $400.00
Age 85 and over. . .$100.00

Attention: Membership Dues

 Remember, if you are not a Life Member, you must remit your dues by 24 August of each each year. A late payment results in being dropped from the Detachment roster by the National HQ. Full membership and auxiliary alike, both will then be required to fill out a new membership application. A neww member number will be issued.
